I have a passion to help women lawyers entrepreneurs to build a thriving business in a feminine way, to be a leader in the way of who you are and not what you been told by society.I specialize in helping women lawyers, who want to improve their performance and their services to their clients. I am a lawyer and have been in the legal profession for over 15 years. I therefore have a great deal of knowledge about the problems facing women in the legal profession. I found that they desperately needed help and confidential assistance and there was no support available.
The legal profession is going through rapid and constant change. Lawyers who want to set up their own firms have little or no business skills and make elementary mistakes. A lot of my clients are going internationally and setting up a virtual office.
Whilst lawyers are technically skilled they do not have the other types of skills that are now required for the next phase of their development. They are not trained in business skills, networking skill, problem solving, or marketing online and offline. They are increasingly under threat from competition from large companies and banks that are now able to enter the legal services market.
Over the years I have been coaching and consulting law firms, solicitors, solopreneurs, managing partners, junior associates, senior associates and in-house, from all over the globe. I have helped help them to identify the source of their business and life problems and supporting them in finding solutions for those problems through listening, personal, executive and business coaching and consulting. I have found great satisfaction in seeing my clients succeed.
I work in many different law practice areas including real estate, business litigation, business international transactional, corporate, immigration, est.
I focus on both sides of the business:
- The strategic side of your business, including your marketing and your sales, and
- The spiritual and motivational side, or who you’re being in your business, including your confidence, authenticity, and alignment with your values.
My own story
In 2009, I was a very successful Corporate Lawyer in the city of London. I worked with high net worth individuals in a beautiful office.I worked in Corporate world, where it was safe and I did not have to confront my inner challenges. I was making good money by most standards, and very successful. And also run my own international property business in London.
An achievement that showed me, you can do anything you put your mind to! But at some point in my life I realise that I was not happy any more, my life was not my own to live and enjoy.
After careful consideration, I took my redundancy as a good start of my new life and decided on coaching fellow lawyers to greater career success.. I have been working with lawyers continuously since then.
I had always been an over achiever in life. Everything I was involved in was done to the nth degree, and turned out beautifully. It took so much effort on my part, and I pulled it off. I longed to find out if I could have the same degree of success, only without all that effort, drama and struggle.
When I became a coach, I brought this intention into my business. I wanted success, and I wanted it without the struggle and the long hours and the hard work. I wanted to ‘follow my bliss’, and use that for a tool for business success.
What happened next was truly amazing to me, even though I lived it. I applied all of my spiritual principles to business creation, and it worked! I had success right off the bat, and it was easy, and so much fun!
